Dear StandardAero Customers, 

The COVID-19 virus situation has been very concerning and disruptive worldwide. To help manage through this situation, I have activated StandardAero’s Crisis Management Center (CMC). In addition, our leadership team has engaged our comprehensive business continuity process and plan to ensure we meet your needs during these dynamic and uncertain times for everyone. 

Your safety and the safety of our employees is our top priority and we are taking all the recommended precautions and measures to protect the health and safety of employees and customers at every StandardAero site/location. In addition to limiting all but customer-essential travel, StandardAero is limiting face-to-face interactions and has postponed or cancelled any large gatherings, town hall meetings or conferences. In addition, employees who are able to effectively and productively work from home will temporarily do so to help limit the density of populations at our sites and reduce potential health risks.  At our repair facilities, where work from home is not an option, we are taking additional preventative measures to further protect the health and safety of our employees while delivering on commitments to our customers, including providing additional cleaning procedures and supplies and encouraging employees to use them frequently.   

StandardAero is also taking steps to minimize all non-essential outside visitors to our facilities until further notice. We will be providing a number of “virtual” communications options for holding customer meetings, conferences and discussions along with our CRM systems to keep you appraised of any work that is underway for all of our customers. If anything changes that could affect our operations or your services, we will advise you immediately. Meanwhile, we are committed to delivering the outstanding quality and trusted service partnership that you expect from StandardAero.
