Michele Grisez was appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources, in January, 2008. Grisez is responsible for Staffing, Employee Training & Development, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Employee and Labor Relations. Grisez reports directly to the President and CEO of StandardAero and is a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team.

StandardAero, a Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) company with nearly $1.4 billion in annual revenue, specializes in engine maintenance, repair and overhaul, and nose-to-tail services that include airframe, interior refurbishments and paint for business and general aviation, air transport, and military aircraft. The company, part of the DAE Engineering division, forms a global services network of 12 primary facilities in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Singapore and Australia, with an additional 14 regionally located service and support locations.

Prior to joining StandardAero, Grisez served in Human Resources leadership roles for Honeywell Aerospace. She also has worked as Director of Organization Effectiveness for the Motorola Integrated Electronic System Sector, Director of Organization Development for America West Airlines, and as a Senior Consultant for Aon Consulting, based in Detroit, Michigan.

From 1996 through 2005, Grisez served on the Board of Directors for Chrysalis Shelters, a Maricopa County, Arizona-based organization offering residential, outpatient and prevention programs, for victims and offenders of domestic violence. She led the organization as Board President from 2001 to 2004 and was awarded the Motorola CEO Award for Volunteerism in 2000 for her leadership in the financial and operational turn-around of the Chrysalis organization. She currently volunteers with a number of Phoenix-area non-profit boards, consulting on board development and strategic alignment.

Grisez holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Miami University (Ohio) and a Master of Arts degree and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
