Our technicians receive ongoing skills upgrade training, and we offer programs to help operators with Direct Operating Cost (DOC) management, onsite inventory and reliability improvement.

24/7customer support - Our customer service professionals understand and focus on the needs of operators, asset managers and rotable managers. We also have “rapid response” teams available 24 hours a day to provide emergency and troubleshooting support.

Custom solutions - Over the years, StandardAero has acquired unique processes to pass significant savings on to its customers, and ensure your accessory is returned back to you faster than it would through conventional repair processes. StandardAero also has a “repair rather than replace” philosophy where worn out or damaged parts are refurbished to meet OEM specifications whenever possible, eliminating the need for costly replacement parts.
