Position Overview:
 

Job Duties

• You will evaluate user requests for new or modified programs to determine feasibility, time requirements and system impact
• Convert project specifications into sequences of detailed instructions and logical steps related to coding into appropriate language and isolate and diagnose syntax or logic driven errors during program tests.
• You will also independently build, maintain and enhance complex programs by performing a full-range of programming, testing, debugging and modifying of affected reports, data and files.
• Team oriented and personable, you will assist users to resolve operating and technical issues, write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, corrections and installation and operation procedures.

Qualifications

• You will have a diploma in computer science or the equivalent
• Proficiency in VB6, .NET, Oracle SQL, MS SQL Server and Crystal Reports
• Demonstrated planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making abilities.
